Takoyaki

I think Kaigiman loves "yaki" very much. You name it: okonomiyaki, monjayaki, takoyaki.. (what else?). At least those were what we ate on our first date (so that we called our first date as "yaki-day" :p).

Last weekend, we had our first cooking session and we made takoyaki. It was pretty easy (and fun), actually:
1. For the batter, you just need flour, 3 eggs, chopped cabbage, and a cup of water.
2. For the filling, prepare some slices of tako (octopus), slices of cheese, and tenkasu
3. For the topping, this might sounds like okonomiyaki recipe: drizzle every takoyaki with mayonaise and takoyaki sauce. And don't forget to sprinkle with katsuoboshi and aonori.

Oishikatta ;)

ps: unfortunately, you need to prepare takoyaki pan for this recipe
